By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service:
- I reserve the right to deny any commission that makes me uncomfortable or I feel I wouldn’t be able to complete.
- These commissions are for personal use only. Strictly no commercial use or NFTs.
- Streaming use is OK!
- These commissions may be posted on my social media/ used for promotional purposes. Please specify if you wouldn’t like yours posted.
- You may post the finished commission on external sites, as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
- Major revisions should be specified and finalized during the sketch stage, but smaller adjustments can be made throughout the process. I will send progress shots throughout to ensure you like how the artwork is coming along.
- The artwork may not be edited, traced, taken credit for, or profited off of by the commissioner.
- I take half of the payment up-front once the parameters of the commission have been decided upon, and half upon completion of the commission.
- I accept PayPal only for payment.
- Unless given a specific deadline, the commission should be complete within two weeks to a month depending on the complexity, and my schedule. Art work will be charge higher depending on the deadline.
- This may be subject to change depending on the complexity of the piece, and you will be given full notice if more time is needed.
- Crude behavior, harassment, or refusal of payment will result in cancellation of the commission and blacklisting from any further ones.Full refunds can only be issued before the sketch is finalized, Any refund requests after the sketch phase, but before completion will amount to half of the total. Refunds will not be issued after the piece is complete. However, please do keep in mind that I am struggling financially so if I am unable to give you a refund I am sorry. Please be aware about this since I do not want to face any issues once you do commission me.
I am open to draw anything as long as it isn’t Mech, Heavy gore, NSFW (suggestive is fine), or any problematic of sorts. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to message and ask me! :o)I take payment through paypal! (Kbank if you have one)
Adding an additional character ranges from $5-$20 depending on the complexity!
